From I-77: Take Exit #50/Broad Street. Turn towards downtown (RIGHT if coming from the north; LEFT if coming from the south). Go about 1.5 miles and you will come to the square (There is a light there at S.Center Street). The Upper Room is 1 block further on the corner of W Broad Street and S. Meeting Street. The Upper Room is on the LEFT corner.

From I-40: Take Exit #150. Turn towards downtown (RIGHT if coming from the west; LEFT if coming from the east). Go about 1.5 miles on N. Center Street. Turn RIGHT onto Broad Street. The Upper Room is at the next corner on your LEFTon the corner of W Broad Street and S. Meeting Street.
